I have been leading leaders for more than 40+ years. From my years in the United States Army where my leadership was developed to my leading the staff as one of the youngest station managers of a major radio station in the Washington DC Metropolitian area. In addition to serving in ministry as a Youth Pastor, Associate and Campus Pastor prior to starting my own business in 2015. 

I have always had a passion for helping people to develop as leaders whether in their personal or professional lives and a key element of being a good leader is being able to connect with people and develop lasting relationships.

Relationship capital is the most valuable capital on this earth.

As the Co-Owner of Glenn P Brooks Jr LLC a personal and business development coaching service I have had the opportunity to help aspiring, new, and established business owners and entrepreneurs grow and scale their business.  As a first time entrepreneur I was able to create and grow a profitable business within the first three years, retire my wife within five years and have now successfully scaled our business to a multi-six figure business.
