DCBX CARES

DCBX remains committed to your safety at our events. It is our goal to create the safest space possible for our DCBX those participating in this event.

As you know, COVID-19 safety protocols are under constant review and revision. DCBX continues to monitor the situation and to abide by the recommendations of the CDC and local governance in the District of Columbia.

Safety Protocols we have prepared include:

Temperature Checks prior to entering secure ballrooms.

Hand Sanitizing stations in front of each ballroom.

No more than 20% of nonvaccinated attendees will be allowed to the event with COVID Negative PCR Test within 48 hours will be admitted. (DCBX will be providing a limited few tests at the door, first-come-first-serve and until they run out for an extra $20 fee).

Attendees will be asked to show Vaccination cards (digital photo accepted) along with matching government-issued photo ID.

ION technology, State of the Art Active Pure Technology Units in the all rooms. FDA-approved technology kills 99.9 percent of germs in the air and on surfaces. ION technology running 24-hr prior to event opening and throughout the event.

Mask required indoors in the District of Columbia. Masks will be enforced for your safety.

Additional safety features may be added depending on DC, CDC, and future regulations.

- Bring your completed Vaccination Card (photo accepted) along with your Goverment photo ID to match.
- Or Test on the Spot with $20 Covid Test (extra cost and in addition to General Admission). Please arrive early. Test takes 15 minutes only.
- Temperature Checks
- Only 20% allowed non-vacccinated attendees (No exceptions)
