Earth - Virtual Earth Day Concert

Event Details

“Earth” features Flutist Pamela Whitman and her Playmates Quartet in classical, jazz and original music inspired by the Earth and her natural inhabitants. The concert will include music by Claude Debussy, Gary Schocker, Takatsuga Muramatsu, Henri Mancini, Eugene Magalif and more. Pamela Whitman and Rich Kurtz will perform original new age music from their recordings on the PeaceHear Recordings label. The concert will be followed by a Q&A chat with composer Eugene Magalif. Audience members will have the opportunity to interact with Magalif whose work “Colibri” (Hummingbird) will be highlighted in the concert. Donations benefit nonprofit organization Compassionate Heart Productions, whose mission is to produce quality arts productions that promote peace and compassion for all.
