Kunal Patel BrandXR

Kunal Patel is an Orlando tech leader and serial entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in roles spanning leadership, software dev, sales and creative partnerships. He serves as co-founder and CTO of BrandXR, a VR & AR & Immersive content creation platform for driving Sales, Marketing, Education business goals, which in 2017 won Most Innovative technology by the Orlando Business Journal. Kunal is a firm believer in not waiting for something great to simply happen to you, but rather taking action and creating your own luck. Over the past few years he's led the charge on creating jobs, business and serendipitous opportunities within the gaming and technology industries. He is a 2017 40 under 40 Award Winner from the Orlando Business Journal for his numerous industry initiatives. In 2015 Launched Fattmerchant, a local Orlando FinTech company as Director of Innovation and core member of the Founding team. In 2016, CoFounded Orlando Game Space - a coworking / incubator focused on emerging technology solutions in AR, VR, Games & Digital Media In 2017, CoFounded BrandXR, which led the creation of 3 VR experiences for NASA Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex with an entirely Orlando based team and today builds immersive content for several industries. Cofounded MeGa Health Jam an annual innovation focused hackathon to solve major healthcare problems using gaming technologies.

Najee McGreen Netflix

Najee McGreen is award-winning business owner and a seasoned technology and solutions architect. He currently works at Netflix helping to boost their ability to scale their playback licensing system, one of the edge systems at Netflix enabling playback on millions of devices around the globe. He also provides end-to-end IoT and SaaS solutions for various businesses specifically working on deployment of remote/unattended sensor equipment and computer systems along with cloud tools to help manage those devices.
He grew up in inner New York City, and in his free time he enjoys reading, cycling, and kicking back with a good turn-based strategy game.

Joel Martin / Host

Joel is an experienced Marketing and Executive Sales Leader. He has a passion for technology sales working as the VP of DOOH at Swiftmile.com.

His first endeavor was importing and distributing Malaguti motorized driven scooters from Italy. Recent projects included launching the experiential arm of Brightbox a VC backed national kiosk phone charging network (now owned by Luxor/EBSCO Industries) and bringing to market the first photo booth Digital-Out-of-Home network. Over the years he has represented and fashioned several brands in the United States and Europe. He received a BA in Political Science and Marketing from the University of Florida, with certifications in International Relations and Latin American studies. Joel has sold everything from Apps to coffee. In addition, he is an active startup board advisor and volunteers with the Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation.
