Our HEAL WITH YOGA - HELP OUT UGANDA, presented by The Bravo Team, from Game In The World, is to help raise money and awareness for Kids For Africa Sports Academy in Uganda, as their community in Kampala is adversely affected by the Covid-19 lockdown.

Therapeutic yoga targets specfiic health conditions to help heal people and has been practised in India for thousands of years. The health benefits are tremendous such as: better sense of well-being, bettter overall health, fit and lean body, clear mind, better breathing, better sleep, more relaxed, less health conditions to worry about, longer life span, better quality of life, more flexibility with the body, less doctor visits, etc
