- Masks are mandatory if attending in person.

- We invite you to bring your own company name tag to minimize touch points. Disposable name tags will also be available on site.

- You will be presented with the following safety questionnaire at check-in. If your answer is “yes” to any of the three questions below, you will not be admitted to the event and we invite you to attend virtually instead.

1) In the past 24 hours have you had any signs or symptoms of a fever, such as chills, sweats, feeling “feverish”, or having a temperature that is elevated for you or 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or greater? (Temperatures will be taken at check-in)

2) Do you have new onset or worsening of any of the following symptoms in the last 48 hours NOT related to allergies:

Cough, fever, nasal congestion, shortness of breath, unexplained headache, or chest tightness
Sore throat or unexplained loss of taste/smell
Diarrhea, nausea, or vomiting

3) In the last 10 days, have you:

Traveled outside the United States?
Been in contact with anyone who has a confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis?
Been notified, or have reason to believe, that you may have been exposed to COVID-19?
Been subject to an isolation or quarantine order?
