If you are registering to attend In Person:

*If registering as an individual please provide your name, church and T-shirt size during the registration process.

*If registering a group please provide each participant's name and T-shirt size on this form no later than March 31.

If you are registering to livestream At Home or In Your Church:

Resources will be provided on the event viewing page (link will come in confirmation email) to help you plan for a meaningful Spring Event! You will have access to small group discussion questions, an icebreaker, a prayer guide, as well as several pre-recorded breakout session from which to choose.

Whether you are joining in person or through livestream, we know this will be a day of spiritual inspiration and missions challenge! See you there!
