Shannon has over 23 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry. During Covid-19 she was furloughed from Hello Destination Management (DMC) as Director of Special Accounts; key accounts for 18 years included Maritz Global Events, BCD Darden Restaurants, Gap Inc, Goodyear Tires, associations and international market and other Fortune 500 companies.

Prior the pandemic, she was internally training Hello! Account Executives on LinkedIn. The training was customized and created for the sales team to focus on improving warm connections, lead generation, building a personal brand, and maintaining customer loyalty.
