Valentine Blue: An Intimate Evening With Joe D'Urso

While life on the road seems romantic and exciting, when the applause dies down and you’re resting your head on a different pillow in a different room every night, that’s when you miss your family most of all. That was Joe’s mindset during a tour stop on a remote island off the West Coast of Scotland on February 14, 2004, when he wrote a love song for his wife Lisa. That’s also the genesis of this show. Joe has curated a set list that combines his own views on love, hope and heartbreak with some of his favourite songwriters.
