They wanted to reward customers for their patronage by offering an exclusive virtual concert for those who purchased Home Depot gift cards during the holidays. They partnered with country music superstar Brad Paisley, to perform his hit songs during this intimate private performance. This special concert offered a way to connect with an audience, in the comfort and safety of their own home. The online concert event was a huge promotional success for Home Depot’s holiday push.

The Home Depot was founded in 1978 by Bernie Marcus and Arthur Blank with the vision of one-stop shopping for the do-it-yourselfer. Home Depot wanted to create a unique experience they could use to boost holiday gift card sales. They knew their customers needed a dose of some of their favorite music after enduring months of isolation at home during the pandemic. They partnered with Brad Paisley to provide a live digital experience, exclusively for customers who bought gift cards during the holidays.
