How to Stream to

If you have a Pro, Business, Education, or Enterprise account on Zoom you can directly stream your Zoom meetings into ViewStub to your virtual ticket holders of your event.


Your Zoom Account Settings

  1. Log into your Zoom Web Portal
  2. Click Account Management > Account Settings
  3. Under In Meeting (advanced), click the toggle next to Allow live streaming the meetings.
  4. Click the Custom Live Streaming Service checkbox to enable it.

Setting up Custom Live Streaming (Host) to go Live

  1. Log into your Zoom Web Portal
  2. Click Meetings.
  3. Click Schedule a New Meeting and the required information to schedule a meeting.
  4. Click Save.

Going Live with your Zoom Meeting

  1. Start your Zoom meeting
  2. Click the More button in the Host Controls.
  3. At the next webpage, please enter your Stream URL, Stream Key & Event URL provided on the Media Page of your event on ViewStub.
  4. Enter the Stream URL, Stream Key & Event URL into these form fields.
  5. Press Go Live!
  6. On the Media page for your ViewStub event hit Start Stream for the video you want to appear in your event playlist.
  7. Your Zoom meeting video will now appear on your ViewStub video player.

Ending your Livestream

  1. Click Stop Stream under the video on your Media page on ViewStub.
  2. Then, in your Zoom Meeting window, click the LIVE on Custom Live Streaming Service box and click Stop Live Stream
