The Balcony Orlando features over 10,000 square feet of outdoor space, and an additional 6,000 square feet of indoor space, which allows for plenty of social distancing for safe in-person meetings. Part 1 – Mental Tips – 6:30-7:00pm

You are stronger than you know! Join us as Gallup Certified StrengthsFinder coach, Doria Clare Anselmo will provide a brief overview of the Gallup CliftonStrengths talent assessment to help you discover and maximize your 5 most powerful natural talents. This knowledge will help to understand your style better, which will help with how you build and lead teams, communicate with others, and allow team members to understand how to work best with you. 

Member Perk! All ILEA Orlando members who register and attend (virtually or in-person) will receive a complimentary CliftonStrengths access code via email following the meeting to allow you to take the talent assessment and unlock personalized results and resources for your CliftonStrengths 1-5. Access Code valued at $19.95.

Part 2 – Physical Wellness Tips – 7:00-8:00pm

Expert holistic-thinking trainers from the Crow Practice Team, will provide:

Techniques for relaxation and mindful focus

"Mental judo" tips to reframe and re-engage with everyday challenges

Learnings that can be used to build and strengthen personal (and organizational!) resilience. 

WellGames are short-duration group games that challenge participants to use their physical bodies, and mental acuity! Games encourage mental and physical health through answering quizzes, sharing information, reframing perceptions, stretching physically and mentally, and more. All happening in an open, fun, and engaging environment that any adult can participate in. Physical limitations are not an issue with WellGames. The switch between games is fast and part of the fun. 

Complimentary juice will be provided to onsite participants!

CROW is an acronym for Coordinated Response on Wellness. Their team of WE’s (Wellness Educators) and WEX’s (Wellness Experts) lead groups of participants in holistic health practices via fit sessions, workshops, presentations, and BeWell Games & Activities. CROW provides virtual and live fit sessions.
