Event Details

Warren Dietel, CEO & Owner of Puff 'n Stuff Catering will provide an overview of catering - what's happened in 2020, how Puff-n-Stuff has adapted, and how he sees the future.

 
Kayli Coleman, Senior Event Coordinator with Paradise Cove will provide an overview of Paradise Cove, an outdoor oasis on the quiet shores of Lake Bryan for weddings, corporate events, and private functions.  She will highlight recent property upgrades and share exciting plans for future growth that will provide an additional gem to the Orlando venue marketplace. Food and alcoholic beverages included in pricing.

  • Cough, shortness of breath, or chest tightness
  • Sore throat or unexplained loss of taste/smell
  • Diarrhea, nausea, or vomiting

3) In the last 14 days, have you:

  • Traveled outside the United States?
  • Been in contact with anyone who has it a confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis?
  • Been notified that you may have been exposed to COVID-19?


Technical Tips for Virtual Participants:
- Viewing works best on desk tops and laptops.  I-pads can be problematic and are not recommended for viewing.  

- Best viewing is on the latest version of Google Chrome.  Explorer can offer challenges unless the cross site tracking and cookies are disabled.

Warren G. Dietel - CEO & Owner of Puff 'n Stuff Catering
With deep roots in the catering and hospitality industry, Warren Dietel is a visionary leader who is driven to create world-class businesses. His entrepreneurial spirit launched at 16 when he crafted his passion for exotic sports cars from a from a driveway detailing business into a 40-employee retail operation handling auto dealers and direct consumers.  He learned early the exquisite value of hard work, and where your own tenacity can take you.

Warren’s impressive resume includes roles at The Walt Disney Company including Disney’s Fairytale Weddings where he was charged with increasing international wedding sales in Asian and European markets, and The Disney InstituteBusiness Consultancy Team where he managed corporate consulting engagements for industry leading multinational corporations.  He also worked for Scott Kay Platinum leading their Southeast sales strategy.

After having grown up in the business, in 2003 Warren purchased Puff ‘n Stuff Catering in Central Florida.  He has grown the business magnanimously and refined the catering industry with his state-of-the-art concepts and facilities.  In 2010 he expanded Puff ‘n Stuff Catering to Florida’s West Coast doubling their market potential/share.  Today his award-winning catering and event business has catered thousands of phenomenal events in some of the most extraordinary venues.

Warren’s passion for innovation led him to create and launch Chef’s Commissary in 2013.  He saw a need for a wholesale business-to-business company focused on providing a high-end convenient alternative for professional chefs preparing large-scale meals for convention centers, hotels, schools, and hospitality centers.  He expanded this operation to include the creation of best-in-class frozen foods, private labeling, and a national network of distributors while maintaining the superior quality product and service for which his companies are renowned.

Warren currently sits on the Advisory Board of EPCAS (The European Party Caterer Association) and is an active member of several industry and community associations including the International Caterers Association, National Association for Catering and Events, and Leading Caterers of America.  He is also a highly sought-after self-taught educator and regularly speaks at industry events.  Warren believes that it is important to provide his teams with the resources and tools that will enable them to contribute beyond their wildest dreams and reward them professionally.
 

Kayli Coleman - Senior Event Coordinator at Paradise Cove
Raised in the event planning industry in Orlando, Kayli has been a part of the Paradise Cove team coordinating weddings at Paradise Cove for 10+ years (she even married there!). As the designer of the PC space itself, she is dedicated to absolute perfection, from immaculately ironed linens to seamlessly placed rose petals. Kayli has led the PC team to win numerous awards from The Knot’s Best of Weddings and Wedding Hall of Fame and The Wedding Wire’s Couples Choice Awards to The Top 5 Most Beautiful Venues in the World.
